Gordon, thank you very much for your great plugin! I discovered it recently, and it is exactly what I was looking for.
I installed it via the repository on an Ubuntu 9.10 box. However, I noticed that the script "srvrpowerctrl-setup.sh" still uses the user name "squeezecenter". After changing all occurrences to "squeezeboxserver", everything worked fine!
