there is an older iPENG web browser interface which is free, but that's not what you want. You want the iphone/itouch APP. These are very different things. You can only get the app from the ITUNES app store. Once in itunes, go to ITUNES STORE, then APP STORE within that, then simply enter "ipeng" in the search box. Just did it and it popped right up. I'm in the US, so this is the US itunes store.
