TrackStat should create the tables directly when the server starts up,
there is probably some error when it tries to do this. Unfortunately
the log you posted doesn't contain the first part after the server has
started so I can't see what's happening.
Would it be possible for you to:
1. Shutdown the server
2. Delete the server.log file
3. Startup the server
4. Post the complete log file, not just the last 500 rows, I'm more
interested in the beginning than the last part.
I'm guessing you have already tried to just restart the server so you
know that doesn't help ?

Perhaps the DBD::Sponge perl module hasn't been fully installed,
or perhaps the capitalisation of 'Sponge' isn't right.
