Like others, I'm often seeing the battery going out very quickly - perhaps related to iPeng.
One thing I've noticed, is that sometimes when iPeng is backgrounded, the hardware volume control still works. As I understand, this should not be the case (unless iPeng is in the process of rebuilding the index).
