I can confirm that COMPOSERSORT is now working as wanted when using "Custom Browse" "Custom Tag" menus (The ones that are added when installing the Custom Scan plug-in). As for the other issue of an apparent incomplete scan. That was a user error. Another member of the household had switched the server off and on whilst the manually scheduled scan was running. Grrr! That will teach me to leave the room. They thought it had stopped working as some of their menus had gone blank. The scheduled overnight scan has restored normality.
