Good question. I don't know the answer. Many of the regional variations, but not all, seem to have somewhat scanty listen again content, and it seems hardly worth bothering with them. But I don't know which are 'worth having' and which aren't. My guess is that 80/90% of the listen again content is available from the 'UK' (=London) feeds. My primary purpose in making this plugin was to bring the listen again content into view. I haven't seen that outside the UK Radioplayer web console interface, but if anyone knows differently I would be happy to learn of it. If this plugin has a longer term future then I would consider implementing a downloadable feed that could be automatically refreshed. Ideally the source for such a feed would be an online UK Radioplayer 'available stations' feed, athough at present Heart's and Capital's 'location pickers' could be examined as a special case. It may well be that future development of the UK Radioplayer into the portable device space will make this plugin entirely redundant. Or Heart's own efforts in this space. As an aside, I shall add Classic's live 128k mp3 feed to the list of available services. I think it is better in quality than the existing 48k aac stream, although I haven't trialled that rigorously. I usually use the DAB radio sitting next to the Squeezebox for live listening. The mp3 stream doesn't use Flash as its delivery mechanism. In fact, I think all of the live streams can be obtained in non-Flash form, perhaps I should be adding them too... but I think it would become too confusing. -- mrw ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mrw's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=38299 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=87894 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
