You could use "Playlist Manager" plugin and put the duplicates in a
separate playlist, then in the smart random playlist you can define
that you want to exclude any tracks in the "duplicate playlist".
I've actually sometimes had some thoughts to implement a "Categorize"
plugin that makes it possible to categorize music directly within SBS,
something like that would also work for this scenario. However, I think
using ratings to indicate duplicates feels a bit strange.
So for now, I would suggest "Playlist Manager" plugin and a "duplicate
playlist".
