Muso does look in the music files for artwork yes, but if it doesn't find any in the first 3 tracks of the album it doesn't check further. It also looks in the album folder for image files, and online using last.fm and amazon web services. It should try to find artwork for any new albums that it has imported after the import finishes, but you can invoke it again via the Tools/Find Missing Artwork options. It's possible that an appended (MFSL LP) on the end of the title would affect the last.fm search yes. What does this represent?
