If I try to open the plugin settings in the web UI I get a blank web page. (IE10 or Chrome) If I open The Blender from the Smart Mix plugin from the Main Menu (not settings) it opens correctly.
Hm... I have never seen this myself, but somebody else reported it as well. I'll make that an absolute link in the next release.
