I disabled the option to look for alternates, and it seems to be throwing a lot less errors. Hopefully this speeded it up, too. I am still getting "no matching file" entries in the log for files I really did remove from my library. How do I generate a Trackstat backup that is cleaned of all these non-existant files? Some of these were deleted years ago.
