Agree - the file is removed from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Squeezebox\Cache\InstalledPlugins\Plugins\Spotify\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread and quarantined. If you put another copy there that gets removed too. You need to tell Norton IS to accept the file and restore it.
