When the XML feed that the BBCiPlayer plugin uses was first created by BBC it was done for other vendors and IIRC it took some persuasion by Triode to allow Triode use it for the plugin. I think the BBC is an organisation which likes dealing with other organisation and vendors. With an organisation or vendor you can have confidentiality agreements and other agreements which can have consequences when broken - not so with communities or individuals. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=53229 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
