Ypu might want to try that binary https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/26754471/squeezecenter/tests/squeeze2upnp-win.exe (sorry I did not redo the whole packaging, just need to replace the windows exec in c:\programdata\squeezebox\cache\installedplugins\plugins\UPnPBridge\Bin) and see if it solves the problem.
