Squeeze Ctrl was designed to be a dark themed app and I have no
intention of changing that.

<sarcasm>BTW, I would recommend using a darker background...</sarcasm>

Simple resizing of raster images is probably the worst way of resizing
images with simple shapes and sharp edges, like icons. You'll end up
with blurry icons. It's probably no better than just letting the device
do it automatically when the app runs. The correct way of building and
resizing those type of icons is to create the originals as vector shapes
and resize them as vector shapes before saving them to raster images.
Even then, it sometimes doesn't work right when you resize images that
have fine horizontal or vertical lines because the vector shape lines
end up half way between pixel lines after the resize. In those cases
the smaller versions have to be hand tweaked.

Sorry, but I like having the icons in the menu and that's the way I want
the app to look to everyone. Having a different icon pack is not
possible since a lot of those icons are loaded from the server and even
if I created replacements for all the standard server icons, some
plugins have their own icons too and they tend to be in the same style
as the server's.
