Can't really tell. Planned to have something when they ship but as usual
it takes longer than expected.
Will start as a player only (with some basic controls) but I plan to
update it with browsing capabilities later.

The iPad 3 is the slowest of all iPads. It was definitely underpowered
for the retina screen, actually even the 4 isn't really up to the job.
OTOH iPad 3/4 IMHO have the most brilliant screens which is why my iPad
3 is now my secondary video device... well... unless I can maybe use the
AppleTV, getting a bit full of screens here right now.
