Yes file ext. is .txt
That might be the issue, the file shouldn't have an extension...
Can you try renaming the file and see if it now works?
I think this discussion pretty much shows what I was missing from the
documentation: what exact filename is the plugin expecting? What's the
setting for (isn't the existence of the specially named file good enough?)?
