Yes, I'm really in the UK but here in rural Cambridgeshire we only get over 2mB/s on a good day and it's probably worst at 5pm when everyone gets home! I could pay extra for fibre optic bit its ok in practical terms most of the time. Good thing we're not trying to watch films! Very happy with the DASH performance at 320kb/s and wouldn't want to put you to any extra work on my account, however happy to help with testing if I can. However, don't know what CDN, ak, llnw are, and will need to find out how to get network connection stats etc. Kit: 4 Duet players, 2 Controllers.
