Unlikely for ordinary users. The imda feed is intended for vendors and I sort of expect at some time in thge future that the BBC will allow vendors use the Nitro API to get program info. Use of Nitro needs a user id and the T&C's are aimed at vendors but at the moment only BBC people get Nitro user ids .
