This fails the (:nogroupheader:) aspect, since Site.DefaultGroupHeader can still end up being included even if a page has (:nogroupheader:) in it. ...unless you're suggesting that (:nogroupheader:) also affects the (site-wide) page containing the conditional markup above. But I'm guessing not, because you seem to have a -1 vote for having both the sitewide and group header controlled by the (:nogroupheader:) directive.
