right, I did not manage to test with the latest trunk, I had only the
0.9.7 version ready on that machine. That's to be done.

There is involved some set forth and back between PdfString and
std::wstring, using PdfString::GetStringW(), but both this function and
PdfString::setFromWchar_t() seem to do the byte swapping.
As I mentioned in the previous mail, I did not dive deep into this yet.
