Sources say Ginsburg privately accused fellow Justice Stephen Breyer of drugging the glass of wine she drank before the President's address, claiming she woke up in the Capitol cloakroom with her skirt on backwards, missing her brassiere and Depends, and 'reeking' of Old Spice. Unconfirmed reports say Justice Breyer was later seen in a washroom 'dousing his crotch area' with hand sanitizer, possibly giving weight to Ginsburg's remarks.
