Sounds like Obama's 6 month Iraqi ban. Remember all the demonstrations that caused? Me neither. All the left wing media outlets are doing contortions, in their normal mode of selective outrage, to make it sound like Obama's ban was just and right while Trump's 90 day review of vetting procedures is mean spirited. It doesn't help that McCain has decided to make himself a useful idiot to validate extreme media bias.
If not letting Senate democrats obstruct his administration before it gets off the ground is a blunder, then I would agree. The Secretary of State would know people who should be excepted from his order. What week is this in the Democrats' confirmation hearing obstruction? As I understand the situation, of the hundreds of thousands of foreigners who enter the country, 100 people were detained for further questioning. Shoot, I was detained for further questioning boarding an Orlando to Cleveland flight because I forgot to put my wallet in the tray before walking barefooted through the metal detector a few years ago.
