By willfully failing to recognize and/or acknowledge its significance,
thus excusing (defending) the killer's primary motive, his license to
kill.
The point of this thread was to call attention to the Muslim effort to
drop "honor killing" from consideration or reference in all legal
proceedings, therein absolving the guilty - a brother Muslim who
simply acted in good Islamic faith.
I effect, such a precedent would establish an anti-Infidel court,
i.e., Sharia.
The defense will argue in chambers that the term "honor killing" is
prejudicial, and with FBI backing, the liberal court will likely
agree.
