You are debating against your own arguement! I'll say this carefully. If there is no mention of "honor-killing" in the charges (which you seem to find objectionable). IF there is NO mention of "honor-killing" in the charges HOW could any defense be mounted on the basis that the prosecution was prejudicial against the accused by the use of that term? Read your own post back to yourself carefully, it is illogical. "Good Islamic faith" does not mean jack-shit in an American court, as I've explained previously.
