These are not mindless insults. These people must not be treated with respect and civility, they are barbarians in every sense of the word. They condon mass murder, the blowing to pieces of innocent men women and children in their millions. They are depraved reprehinsible low life. Their perspectives should not be treated as a matter of opinion, they are unacceptable by any decent standard of morality and must be treated as such. This is why Bush and Cheney are free to prosper from their crimes while the jails are filled with the poor and mentally ill. The very fabric of socierty is rotten to the core because we live under a system that rewards greed and the ruthless drive for personal power.
