You mean as in; intercepting and/or boarding NK ships provoking?

Well, it's a matter of dealing with one devil you know, or dealing
with a bunch
of devils you won't know...while the original devil remains intact.

Pick one.

Hint: NK doesn't have any choice because they've been proven an
unreliable
source of trustworthiness and inflammatory rhetoric.
Unlike previous encounters with NK, even Russia doesn't trust them
anymore...
to say nothing of what China may be thinking of their
leadership...most likely
not very favorably.

It's all rhetoric trying to get the US, China, or anyone to provide
welfare through
intimidation and blackmail.
Don't think for one second all the major players don't know this
already.
