Holly, Try to understand the concept of RESPONSIBILITY. I know its hard for you libs, but try. Example: Charlie Manson never went to Sharon Tate's home, but he was held RESPONSIBLE for her murder because he planned it and caused others to act to do it. The girls were his drones, but he was the mastermind. Do I even need to go further in explaining how this relates to the first WTC bombing and who was "prosecuted?"
