As I don't consider you to have much intelligence, it doesn't surprise me that you are unaware of just how bad conditions were during the Carter administration. Anyone alive at during his reign can tell you it was the worst of times. The only thing that surprises me with Carter is that he actually managed to discredit himself further after he was thrown out of office so summarily. I would have thought he couldn't do any further damage to his reputation, but he did.
