(j)(3)  Physicians’ services
The term “physicians’ services” includes items and services described
in paragraphs (1), (2)(A), (2)(D), (2)(G), (2)(P) (with respect to
services described in subparagraphs (A) and (C) of section 1395x (oo)
(2) of this title), (2)(R) (with respect to services described in
subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D) of section 1395x (pp)(1) of this
title), (2)(S), (2)(W), (2)(AA), (3), (4), (13), (14) (with respect to
services described in section 1395x (nn)(2) of this title), and (15)
of section 1395x (s) of this title (other than clinical diagnostic
laboratory tests and, except for purposes of subsections (a)(3), (g),
and (h) of this section [4] such other items and services as the
Secretary may specify).

§ 1395. Prohibition against any Federal interference

officer or employee to exercise any supervision or control over the
practice of medicine or the manner in which medical services are
provided, or over the selection, tenure, or compensation of any
officer or employee of any institution, agency, or person providing
health services; or to exercise any supervision or control over the
administration or operation of any such institution, agency, or
