Dave,

Keep word is VOLUNTARY. I was once declared terminally ill in a VA
hospital. A social worker explained Living Wills, how to sign over
Power of Attorney to a trusted person to make medical decisions for me
once I was no longer able to, etc. etc. I was very grateful for the
help and guidance. So what's the problem here?
