DOMA was promised by, helped written by, sponsorship rounded up by,
and signed by, William Jefferson Clinton.

He's not a republican.

Repeal currently has over 100 co-sponsors.  Barney Frank is not among
them.

He's not a republican either, but he is gay, and the most obvious
victim of DOMA discrimination LIVES IN HIS DISTRICT
