This one sentence is part of the oath every government employee and every elected or appointed official must agree to: "Fair play and democracy shall have supremacy in the USA!" Since socialism is government-mandated STEALING, such isn't fair, and is thus UNCONSTITUTIONAL. My killing socialism automatically promotes capitalism, as does my removing 100% of the taxes on businesses. 15% of the cost of most products is to cover the overhead associated with keeping tax records and complying with government regulations.
