Dear MJ:  Democracy isn't a "mob" unless people have gotten the
mistaken notion that they can vote to have government be their
provider.  Since doing the latter isn't fair, such is OUTLAWED and
thus could never be "voted in" without voting out the entire New
Constitution.  Once people experience the advantages of having
flourishing capitalism, few will propose changing things.  And if a
representative proposes socialism or communism, that person will be
