Hello Michael, That's about the stupidest thing you've ever written, and you've come up with some doozies prior to today!
To begin with, you need to familiarize yourself with the Constitution. Article One Section Eight pretty much gives the Congress carte blanche to codify the laws of the United States. Article III, (as well as Article One, Section Eight, Clause 9) allow for the Courts of the United States to enforce those codified laws. If you are an American; *e.g*.; a citizen of the United States, then the "Constitutionally Defined" duly elected President of the United States is in fact, "your" President. You should quit acting like a goofus. It's not all that becoming from someone like you.....
