"Don't make Julia feel bad by talking her into a cupcake when you know
what'll happen, Kit Kat." Rachel chuckled, knowing what that hesitation was
about "I'll wait on the gummi bears for a couple of days.. but be sure Julia
includes some jelly okay?"
"And be sure to brush your teeth."
Kat couldn't see the difference between eating a cupcake for breakfast and
eating gummi bears. "If I put it on top of oatmeal could I have one? I
won't forget the jelly." As she listened to her mother the little girl
rolled her eyes slightly. "I won't," she must be feeling better if she
could think about that at a time like this. There were serious breakfast
food issues to discuss, who cared about teeth?
