Looks like you're in NY somewhere? What type of connection does your
server have to the Internet?
New York City is correct. It is a cable connection with 35Mbit upstream.
For ntp traffic the netspeed setting is set at 10 Mbit. As an aside I
wondered about the cable connection and its occasional peak times,
however speeds to other servers and other network traffic seems to be
normal and within expectation.
