Hi Ron, looking at the CSV log it's reporting no reply received from your
server.

Maybe something like "tcpdump -n -tttt port 123" will allow you to see the
packets coming in and out so you can see if they are reaching you and if
your server is replying.  The checks from the server are regular so you
should be able to estimate when the next one is due and/or filter for the
monitoring server IP (207.171.3.17).
