I noticed you are in the CN zone. Are you sure your network equipment can
handle it? Try to lower the bandwidth and see if it improves.

I had problems with my firewall (NAT based) and the firewall I changed to
almost instantly showed stability problems with the amount of traffic –
still troubleshooting with the vendor.
