I have exactly the same problem here since just after midnight on the 17th. 
I’ve swapped out all my equipment and assumed it was a problem with my router 
or ISP. Here’s my scores:

My NTP server is reporting normal accuracy, nothing out of the ordinary. I’m 
just pleased it’s not just me.
