Well well .. i got the same problem starting tonight (CET). I recently joined the pool with my server ( http://www.pool.ntp.org/ user/ddsc4jcbx37okrcgvgob9 ) and was surprised to see it reaching a score of 20 so fast... But today, as i looked into the stats, i'm down below zero and even got a message about my server which sems to be not reachable at all..
Strange things are going on on this planet. ;) By the way, is the monitoring station in LA really the _only one_ for the complete pool?
