I may notice why I'm so interested using this EDU domain, a note which is so
called off-topic, but very important.

My father lives in Kuwait, and there is a free fax gateway there
(http://www.kuwait.net/fax.help) which has banned many addresses ended with
COM or NET domains.

This edu domain is very helpful there, enabling me to be in touch for free.
I don't know if there is any Net2phone facility there.
