Hi,

I would like to propose importing games/rare-launcher. This is a
python-based project that implements an open-source client for the Epic
Games Store [1]. It's useful for anyone who has an account there. It
uses games/legendary as the backend for interaction with Epic Games
Store. To log in, it opens a web browser where you have to be logged
into the Epic Games Store to then carry this over to the launcher (you
may need to run `legendary auth` in the command line for this).

Once authenticated, it provides a nice, visual library of the games
owned on the store, with options to download, customize, and launch. It
even takes care of the Epic Games Services integration. Online
multiplayer through Epic's infrastructure looks like it's functional (I
haven't tried multiplayer for real because of lack of popular
multiplayer games in my library).

It is still a little buggy here and there and may sometimes need a
restart. It will automatically launch games with wine if configured so
in the settings which works quite well. Occasionally it wants to start
the 32bit version, in which case some manual intervention may be needed.

Some games don't work, but with this and wine I've launched the
following successfully: Civilization VI, Shadow of the Tomb Raider,
Super Meat Boy Forever, Songs of Silence, The Witness, Vampire
Survivors, World of Goo.

ok?
