Pardon me, but no software or method is good or bad or "definitive" by
itself. It depends on what YOU make it do. Greylisting is great when done
intelligently. You save lot of DNS queries (unless you have every list
rsynced) and unnecessary spam/virus checks when you do it first for
suspicious hosts. Not blindly every host, at minimum use dnswl and
auto-whitelisting. It even gives you time for network checks to catch up
before retries.
