My simple solution to this is have a line in a client_access map of "res.rr.com REJECT Please relay mail via your ISP". I've more recently added biz.rr.com as well (and plenty of others). There is just a set of (mainly consumer) domains I'm not going to accept mail from. Also, Spamhaus Zen catches these.
