openssl s_client -connect localhost:587 -servername
mail.puurvoedingsgeluk.nl -starttls smtp
And with openssl s_client -connect localhost:587 -servername
smtp.puurvoedingsgeluk.nl -starttls smtp it is working.
Now i have to test the live mail client test.

I do, the names for Dovecot start with mail.
But you are connecting to Postfix, not Dovecot, and use the name
starting
with "mail". From your Postfix configuration it seems that Postfix
understands only names starting with "smtp", so it will not provide the
correct cert.
