Yes. If you are unable to do your own reverse DNS and cannot persuade
your ISP to set a proper PTR record, you cannot run a mail server
successfully.
BUT, it looks like you've handled that part today, if I'm interpreting
DNS properly.
I may need to find someone who understands the postfix config better
than I do to make these changes. Does anyone know where I can find a
consultant?
