Thanks all. I think with less than 300 users & security not being a huge deal since I set everyone's shell to /sbin/nologin.
The main reason I setup almost all my users as virtual is to allow them to configure aliases and change their own passwords via a web interface like postfixadmin. Otherwise, I have to do every change myself.
