you are free to be skeptic :) i have some from the ministry of justice 
(giustizia.it) ad some from the government authority on the comminication 
systems (agcom.it):

I see two cases, more probably there is something that i don't know or, more 
creeply, the quality of mail system administrator is dramatically lowering.

I don't know wich one frightens me the most. :)
