If I understand correctly, this is about a system that produces
(HTML) mail with a specific look and feel.
The good news is that such systems will work not only with Postfix
but also with lots of other mail systems. The bad news is that
I have no experience with them.

Postfix works in ISP settings just fine. You are looking for
a specialized content-management system, or perhaps an ESP who
provides it for you. I find lots of providers with Google.
