"From:" ist indented. Was this in original mail already, or came it
during your "unpersonalising" it?

Mailclient of your testmail seems to be roundcube. Is the problem only
with mails created by roundcube, or also with mails created by other
clients (thunderbird, outlook, squirrelmail,...)?
